1. Is PetTailez free to use?
Yes! PetTailez is completely free. Anyone can create a Pet Owner account or a Partner account at no cost. There are no hidden fees for using the core features of the app.
2. What is a Pet Owner account?
A Pet Owner account is your personal profile as a pet parent. You can create profiles for up to 3 of your pets under one account. Each pet gets its own profile with photos, details, and a presence in the community. You can add and remove pets at any time.
3. What is a Partner account?
A Partner account is designed for pet-related businesses and service providers — veterinarians, groomers, trainers, breeders, pet hotels, pet shops, and more. Create your business profile, share your services and photos, and get discovered by pet owners in your area. Partners can also boost their visibility to reach more pet families.
4. Can I have both a Pet Owner and a Partner account?
Each account is either a Pet Owner or a Partner profile. If you run a pet business and also want to showcase your own pets, you would need to create separate accounts for each.
5. How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the PetTailez app. Go to Settings > Delete Account to permanently remove your profile, pet profiles, photos, comments, messages, likes, and all other content. All data is permanently erased from our servers and cannot be recovered. PetTailez does not retain user data after account deletion.

Yes! PetTailez takes community safety seriously. You can report any photo, Owners Chronicle post, chat message, or user profile that violates our community guidelines. Simply tap the report button available on every piece of content. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
7. What is Owners Chronicle?
Owners Chronicle is a special space exclusively for pet owners to share stories, experiences, and heartfelt moments about life with their pets. It's a blog-like feature where pet parents write real stories from real life about their beloved companions.
8. Can I write in my own language?
Yes! PetTailez has both Global and Regional sections. In the Global section (Global Chronicle, Global Chat), please write in English so everyone can understand. In the Regional section (Regional Chronicle, Regional Chat), you are free to write in your native language and connect with pet owners from your own country.
9. What are Chat Rooms?
Chat Rooms are live group conversations organized by pet categories — Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, and more. There are Global chat rooms (in English, with pet lovers worldwide) and Regional chat rooms (in your language, with people from your country). Jump in, share experiences, ask for advice, and make friends!
10. What is the Photo Contest?
Every month, PetTailez hosts a photo contest where pet owners can submit their best pet photos. The community votes for their favorites, and the winning pet becomes the Monthly Champion, earning recognition across the entire community.
11. How do Direct Messages work?
You can send private messages to any pet owner or partner on PetTailez. Start a conversation from their profile page. Messages are private between you and the other user.
12. How do I add friends?
You can send a friend request from any pet owner's profile. Once they accept, you'll be connected and can stay in touch through direct messages and see each other's activity in your feed.
13. Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
14. What devices is PetTailez available on?
PetTailez is available as a native app for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) — this is the best way to experience everything PetTailez has to offer. We also have a mobile web version at mobile.pettailez.com that you can open in any phone browser, no installation needed. The web version has limited features compared to the native apps, so for the full experience we recommend installing the app.
15. What is the mobile web version?
If you can't install the app, you can visit mobile.pettailez.com in your phone's browser to access PetTailez. It works on any device without downloading anything. Keep in mind that the web version has some limitations — push notifications, photo uploads, and certain features work best on the native iOS and Android apps. We recommend using the web version to explore, and installing the app for the full experience.
